The formation of the company was intended as accepting the challenge of our government on vision 2020 as well as generating a new entrepreneur and technocrat. NASB is 100% fully Bumiputra status and running the core business in Electrical and Mechanical field.

In 2008, NIKKISO-AYSHA SDN BHD has been given the honor to Company Partnership with TNB.

In 2011,NIKKISO-AYSHA SDN BHD has been given the best vendor of TNB distribution of Penang.
